These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the actual product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud or misuse.
If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
We offer a free cancellation window of up to 2 hours after an order has been placed.
Order processing may begin immediately after purchase.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email within this 2-hour period. After this time, orders may already be in processing or preparation for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.
If an order cannot be cancelled after the 2-hour window, customers may still exercise their statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations after delivery, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must be returned in line with our return conditions.
Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Orders may be shipped from international warehouses, including locations in Asia. Estimated delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, customs processes, strikes, or force majeure events.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within 30 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returned goods must be sent to the return address specified by us, which may be located outside the United Kingdom, including in Asia. The return address will be provided once a return request is initiated.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by UK law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if proof of return shipment is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if returned items show signs of use or damage, except where the item is faulty or does not comply with statutory consumer rights.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct. Unclaimed or refused deliveries will be treated as returns and associated costs may be deducted from the refund.
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
All content on this Site is our intellectual property or licensed to us and may not be used without prior written consent.
You must not use this Site for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with site security.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
