At Monica London, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, please review the return policy below carefully.
Return Conditions
- Items can only be returned after they have been physically received.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories still attached.
- Trying on an item is permitted; however, extended use or wear is not accepted.
- Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.
Return Procedure
- You must notify us of your return request by email at info@monica-london.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, which is located in Asia.
- The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable international shipping or customs costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, and provided it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued within 30 days using the original payment method.
Responsibility
- We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
- Any delivery address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
