Orders are shipped directly from our supplier, located outside the United Kingdom, including in Asia.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.
If tracking information confirms delivery but the customer reports non-receipt, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any address errors must be reported as soon as possible after placing the order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional costs may be charged.
